BetsPH Privacy Policy

BetsPH does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance. Where the collection of sensitive personal data is required — such as a government-issued ID for KYC purposes — BetsPH will handle such data with the highest level of care and in strict accordance with applicable Philippine law.

3 How We Collect Your Data

BetsPH collects personal data through the following means:

4 How We Use Your Personal Data

BetsPH uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create, maintain, and manage your BetsPH account, including verifying your identity and eligibility to use the Platform.
• Platform operation: To provide you with access to BetsPH games and services, process your bets, and manage your account balance.
• Financial transactions: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment methods, and to maintain accurate financial records.
• Regulatory compliance: To comply with our obligations under PAGCOR regulations, Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including mandatory reporting requirements.
• Fraud prevention and security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.

• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonuses, and updates about BetsPH, where you have consented to receive such communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

BetsPH will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes described in this Policy without first obtaining your consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

BetsPH processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Consent: Where you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications from BetsPH.
• Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and BetsPH — specifically, the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Platform — including account management, transaction processing, and the provision of gaming services.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

BetsPH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. BetsPH may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and identity verification service providers engaged by BetsPH to verify your identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory directive.

7 Data Retention

BetsPH retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In general, BetsPH applies the following retention periods:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and applicable AML regulations.
• Transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine AML and tax compliance requirements.
• Gaming data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming activity, for the purposes of dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Communications data: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication, for the purposes of quality assurance and dispute resolution.
• Technical data: Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless retention for a longer period is required for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, BetsPH will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

8 Data Security

BetsPH implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the BetsPH Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive personal data and financial data stored on BetsPH servers.
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised BetsPH personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning of the BetsPH Platform and infrastructure.

BetsPH cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, BetsPH will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

BetsPH uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your user experience, analyse Platform usage, and support security and fraud prevention functions. The types of cookies used by BetsPH include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform, including session management and security functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as your preferred language and display options, to provide a more personalised experience.
• Analytical cookies: Used to collect anonymised data about how players use the Platform, including pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and navigation patterns, to help BetsPH improve the Platform.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by BetsPH:

• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data that BetsPH holds about you, and information about how it is being processed.

11 Children's Privacy

The BetsPH Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. BetsPH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If BetsPH becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that BetsPH may have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact BetsPH support immediately.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

BetsPH primarily processes and stores personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. 14 Updates to This Policy

BetsPH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, BetsPH will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered contact address.

The updated Policy will be published on the BetsPH Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
