1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BetsPH website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the BetsPH Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BetsPH Platform and, if you have already registered, contact BetsPH support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the BetsPH Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the BetsPH Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of BetsPH, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the BetsPH Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the BetsPH Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) BetsPH account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. BetsPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number for account verification.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.
• You must notify BetsPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• BetsPH reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure at BetsPH's discretion, with prior notice provided to the registered contact details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the BetsPH Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). BetsPH supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your BetsPH account upon confirmation of receipt by BetsPH's payment processing systems. BetsPH does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. BetsPH reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to BetsPH's internal review procedures.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• BetsPH reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• BetsPH does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the BetsPH Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

BetsPH reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event or game outcome that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that BetsPH reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform or its systems.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. BetsPH does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, BetsPH will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
• BetsPH uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the Platform at the time of placing a bet.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BetsPH may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions applicable to all BetsPH bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• BetsPH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• BetsPH reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player's betting activity qualifies for a particular promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BetsPH Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BetsPH staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the BetsPH Platform — including but not limited to the BetsPH name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of BetsPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BetsPH Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any BetsPH content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on BetsPH content.
• Use any BetsPH trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of BetsPH intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by BetsPH.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BetsPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

BetsPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BetsPH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BetsPH does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BetsPH will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BetsPH's liability for death or personal injury caused by BetsPH's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

BetsPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the BetsPH Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BetsPH implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and BetsPH cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

BetsPH may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the BetsPH Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

11 Responsible Gaming

BetsPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. BetsPH provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact BetsPH support to discuss your options. • Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period specified by the Player, with a minimum period of six (6) months.
• During a self-exclusion period, BetsPH will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts and suspending marketing communications.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account. Any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

12 Termination & Suspension

BetsPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if BetsPH reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, BetsPH reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, BetsPH will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your BetsPH account at any time by contacting BetsPH support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any resulting balance will be returned to you.

13 Amendments to These Terms

BetsPH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BetsPH will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The updated Terms will be published on the BetsPH website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the BetsPH Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and BetsPH, you agree to first contact BetsPH support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

BetsPH operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that BetsPH has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
